Healing
|
Physical healing
is accomplished by re-establishing physical rhythm and the
circulation of breath throughout one's body.
Heart Rhythm Meditation is essential for this.
Healing the heart
includes the physical, mental, emotional,
and spiritual aspects of a person simultaneously.
Inayat's teaching includes a new form of heart-centered psychotherapy
and a healing modality using touch and vibration,
for use in person or at a distance.
The Healing Activity incorporates the healing of all the life of the
planet, from the biosphere to individual beings.
For healing the human heart, the Healers will develop and
promote the therapy of the heart, using the methods of Heart Rhythm
Practice and incorporating nutrition, movement, and service.

"Through the rays of the sun,
through the waves of the air,
through the all-pervading life in space,
purify and revivify me, and I pray,
heal my body, heart and soul."

Priesthood
|
The Priesthood is dedicated to the religion of the heart,
the sacred alter of all religions. Inayat created the form of the
Universal Worship and said that the religion of the future would be the
Religion
of the Heart. The priesthood will work to creatively form a liturgy
and promote the worship of the Heart among the religious and
non-religious.
In this religion the thing of primary importance is to seek
God in the heart of humanity.

Illuminate our souls with Divine Light.
Pour upon us Thy Love and Thy Light.
Use us for the purpose that Thy Wisdom chooseth
and guide us on the path of Thine Own Goodness.
Draw us closer to Thee every moment of our life."

"With the maturity of his soul,
a man desires to probe the depths of life;
he desires to discover the power latent within him.
He longs to know the sources and goal of his life;
he yearns to understand the aim and meaning of his life;
he wishes to understand the inner significance of things,
and he wants to uncover all that is covered by name and form.
He seeks insight into cause and effect; he wants to touch the
mystery of time and space,
and he wishes to find the missing link between God and man -
where man ends, where God begins."
Heart Rhythm Meditation is the essential practice
that conveys the experience of Inayat's teachings.

One Single Family
|
Harmony
among people is developed through the practice of "Contemplation",
whereby you feel in your own heart what another feels.
This empathy and understanding is then expressed naturally, from the
heart, in words and acts of harmony and beauty.
The Family Activity will promote the practice of contemplation to
advance understanding and ultimately harmony across cultures, classes, races and
genders.
The arts of painting, drama and music will be used to teach
contemplation and express and promote
the ideals of love, harmony and beauty.

Knighthood
|
The Knighthood is dedicated to leadership in applying the power of the
heart to the pressing needs of our time. In the fields of education,
economy, agriculture, government, energy resources, international
relations, technology, business and many others, the need for
integrity, truth, purity and transparency is urgent.
The masters who
purify and train themselves with light may be able to help when no one
else can.
Leadership is developed through
personal mastery, extraordinary ethics and a compelling mission
coming from a magnetic and radiant heart.
