Such is the case with all conditions in life. An individual may think he has done something in the past and that is why he is like this now. But it is the rule of God's justice, and he is mistaken here. The ocean-like God has many to think of and to judge; and therefore the rise and fall are either caused by Qaza, the waves of the ocean of existence, or by that which a soul has gathered, either of good or evil, while on the way towards manifestation.
